As we begin our four-part worship series, "Vote Your Faith," we'll dive into Mark 10:17-31 to explore how the teachings of Jesus can guide our decisions in the polling booth on November 5. This Sunday's sermon, "The Last Shall Be First," challenges us to consider the needs of the marginalized and vulnerable as we cast our votes. Some key issues in this election are the debate over healthcare access, immigration, equity in education and climate change. Jesus' message in Mark calls us to think about those who are often last in society. How can our faith inform our stance on policies that affect the well-being of our neighbors? Join us as we reflect on these important questions and seek to align our votes with our values. Whether you're a long-time member or a first-time visitor, whether onsite or online, all are welcome here! Let’s come together to ensure that our faith is at the forefront as we prepare to vote. #VoteYourFaith #PresidentialElection #Election2024 #TheLastShallBeFirst #WeAreChangingLives wearechanginglives.org
