This one might feel unexpected. The early church didn’t survive in spite of grief… it survived through it. Loss didn’t end the story. Fear didn’t silence them. Grief didn’t break the community apart. Instead… it became part of what bound them together. This Sunday, we’re making space for something the church doesn’t always do well: telling the truth about grief. Not fixing it. Not rushing past it. But honoring it. Because sometimes survival looks like staying… when everything in you wants to disappear.
